Call for Papers
Submitted research papers must be original works and must not have been previously published. Full papers should be limited to 10 pages, excluding references, while abstracts should range from 250 to 300 words. They should cover diverse aspects of the conference theme. We welcome submissions from both international and local scholars in the field of Performing and Visual Arts, reflecting their unique contexts. Please specify your participation preference (onsite or online) during submission.

Submission guidelines for authors
- Full papers should be submitted via the email editor_ircvpa@univ.jfn.ac.lk .
- Papers will be rejected without further consideration if plagiarism is detected.
- The author is requested to submit the research paper according to the specified research areas.
- Each accepted paper must be presented by one of its authors at the Conference.
- At least one of the authors should register to present the paper.
- The Author Declaration Form should be submitted along with the full paper. Papers submitted without duly completed Author Declaration Forms will not be considered for review.
- The page limit for full papers should be maximum 10 pages excluding the references. A short abstract of the paper should appear at the beginning of the paper. The length of the abstract should be between 250 and 300 words. The short abstract should be followed by three to five keywords or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.
- Once the full papers and the Author Declaration Forms are received, a note of acknowledgment will be sent to the corresponding author by e-mail.
- All submissions within the accepted scope will undergo peer review by a panel of scholars. Papers will be accepted based on their recommendations.

Major Sections and Headings of the Full Paper
- Abstract: The abstract should include the Purpose of the study, Research Problems, Design and Methodology, Outcome/Findings, Reflection of Social & national needs, and Keywords.
- Introduction: Describe about Background of the research, research Problems / Gap, Problem statement, Research Questions, Objectives, and Significance of the Study.
- Literature Review: Provide a summarized and updated review of literature pertaining to the key arguments of the study.
- Methodology: Describe about research methods and approaches.
- Results and discussions: Present the major results and discuss the key points
- Conclusions and Recommendation: State conclusions concisely and it should be specified whether the objectives have been achieved.
- References: Citations and references included in the full paper should be formatted in line with the Harvard
