- Results or preliminary results and conclusions:
- Present the results of your research. Use graphs, charts, or other visual aids if applicable.
- Discuss the significance of your results in the context of your objectives. Are they consistent with expectations, and how do they contribute to the overall understanding of the topic?

- Summarize the key findings and draw conclusions based on the results. Discuss the implications and potential applications of your research.

The explanatory notes should be a minimum of two pages, but not more than four pages in length including the references. Please provide enough information for a comprehensive assessment, helping reviewers better understand your research.
Follow the format of the template ” ABSTRACT AND EXPLANATORY NOTES -Template – VRC2024″ exactly when composing your abstract and explanatory notes. Use it as both a guide and template, replacing the content with your abstract text without altering the layout. Maintain the original font type and size, line spacing, page margins, and document structure. Avoid adding page numbers, headers, or footers. To ensure fair and unbiased evaluation, your abstract should contain only the title, abstract and keywords, with no acknowledgments, footnotes or any other information identifying the authors. You are allowed a maximum of two figures, pictures, or tables in the explanatory notes.
