Submission of Papers
JUICE-2014 only accepts full papers. Papers should be submitted electronically through the conference email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and appear online on the official website: http://www.jfn.ac.lk/juice2014. Submitted papers must not be substantially similar to another paper/journal currently under review; or accepted for publication; in a journal, conference or workshop. Detailed formatting and submission instructions for authors are available on the conference website.
Papers should be submitted both in Microsoft Word (doc or docx) and pdf formats on or before the deadline, 10th August 2014. Acceptance notification to authors of accepted papers will be sent to authors from 1st September 2014 onwards.
Guidelines for authors
The title can have maximum of 25 words in Times New Roman (TNR) font, Bold and 14 font size. Author(s) should also include their names with initials and their affiliations along with their email address(es).
Abstract should be followed after the author(s) affiliations and e-mail address(es). It should contain 200 to 250 words in single paragraph. The text should be in font size 10. It can have three to five keywords.
The full paper should be with double columns, single spaced, Times New Roman and font size 12. The paper can consist minimum of FOUR A4 pages and maximum of EIGHT A4 pages. The author should mention the track name on the top right corner of the first page of the paper.
Pdf format should contain all the details of author(s) and affiliation(s); but Microsoft Word document should only be with the affiliation(s).

There is no restriction in submission of papers to the conference in any theme. An author/co-author can present the paper and the presenting author should get registered to become eligible to present the paper at the conference.
